Customers can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving their order, if:
To ensure a fair and transparent process, an uncut order receiving video is required for all return or refund claims.
The video must:
- β’ Be recorded from opening the parcel to fully showing the product
- β’ Clearly show the shipping label
- β’ Clearly show the product, model, and issue
No claim will be accepted without a proper receiving video.

If the issue is from our side (wrong, damaged, defective item), SkyTech.pk will bear the return shipping
If the return is due to customer preference, shipping cost will be paid by the customer
